ZGF Heavy duty foam slurry pump
ZGF horizontal heavy duty foam slurry pump is suitable for the current flotation process and technology, and the pump has its own continuous exhaust system, which can realize the continuous transportation of high foam slurry and high viscosity and high density slurry. Compared with the traditional vertical foam pump, it has wider flow range, higher head parameters, lower cost, longer life and more convenient maintenance.

1.The overall use of heavy-duty slurry pump double shell structure, safe and long life;
- The pump inlet adopts large diameter to reduce the medium flow rate and improve the suction performance;
- 3.The semi open impeller with the front guide vanes of the wide belt increases the function of forced scoop and improves the foam handling ability.
- 4.Continuous packing of slurry with different foam coefficient is realized by adopting continuous self exhaust system of packing seal belt.
- The transmission adopts alternating heavy load design to enhance the operation stability during the transportation of high gas containing medium;
- The front and rear pump casings are connected by bolts, which is convenient for maintenance and shortens the maintenance time.
