WHB for Waste Incineration
Waste incineration WHB refers to the thermal equipment by using of waste incineration released heat energy for effective heat exchange, generating steam or hot water. The main purpose of setting up WHB is to prevent thermal pollution to the environment, to recover heat in an effective manner, and to obtain certain economic benefits through the incineration-power generation system.
  • 规格系列:Incineration grate furnace type: R-shaped grate, L-shaped grate, , reversing pushing grate, pusher type grate, etc. that are manufactured by various well-known grate manufacturers; Boiler furnace type: vertical type, horizontal type and Ⅱ type;

工作原理
In view of the unstable characteristics of solid waste, the natural recycling waste heat boiler is used for solid waste incineration. The unbalanced force generated by the density difference between the water in the unheated down tube and the water in the heated up tube promotes the upward flow of the water mixture to form a circulation. The unbalanced force generated by the density difference between the water in the unheated downcomer and the steam-water-mixture in the single-sided heated riser is used to push the steam-water-mixture upward to form a circulation. The waste heat boiler has a furnace built with refractory bricks, and a tube bundle is installed in the furnace. High-temperature flue gas passes through the furnace and convection heating surface to heat and vaporize the water flowing in the tube bundle.
