SNCR Denitrification Kit
The SNCR denitrification kit is mainly used for waste incinerator denitrification process, namely SNCR. According to this process, at the high temperature (800°C~1000°C), Nox is reduced to N₂ by reductant such as ammonia or urea, which does not need catalyst. The incinerator temperature allows the reduction reaction completed in the waste incinerator. The system has the advantages of low investment, simplicity, convenience and high efficiency. Under this system, NOX in MSWI flue gas can be reduced from 400mg/Nm³ to 200 mg/Nm³ below. The denitrification efficiency is more than 50%.

工作原理
Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction means that at the flue gas temperature of 850~1100°C, existing with O₂, the denitration agent such as NH₃ or (CO(NH₂)₂) is directly added to the furnace. 8~25% NH₃ is added to the furnace under 0.3-0.7 pressure to reduce NOx to nitrogen and water at high temperature. The denitration efficiency is more than 50%. The process does not need the catalyst, which can avoid catalyst blockage or poisoning.
