The high efficiency incineration and melting equipment system for hazardous waste, one of core expertise of ENFI, is the organic combination of countercurrent high-efficiency incineration technology and high temperature melting technology. It realizes the "incineration + melting” ultimate treatment of organic hazardous waste, which is a major breakthrough in the existing incineration technology. The equipment of this technology includes two parts: incineration system of countercurrent rotary kiln and treatment system of high temperature melting.

优势特点
The adopted advanced concept of pyrolysis (oxygen-poor) control can better control the generation of "dioxins".
In countercurrent rotary incinerator, the waste is in counter-current contact with hot off-gas, so that the furnace gas can fully contact with the waste, and the heat transfer efficiency is high, facilitating waste incineration and reducing operating costs.
Due to the high heat transfer efficiency of countercurrent incineration technology, it is most conducive to intensive incineration. When coping with the change of waste quantity caused by public health emergencies, it has a high degree of flexibility in design and use. The length and diameter of the rotary kiln is smaller than that of the downstream with the same capacity.
Rotary incineration has continuous operation and flexible control, and the operation of feeding and slag discharging is easy to achieve automation, adapting to the humanized requirements of hazardous waste treatment. At the same time, the continuous operation can ensure the service life of various equipment such as furnace body in the system.
The ash slag from the high-efficiency incineration is fed into high temperature melting furnace to realize high temperature tempering, and the heavy metal will be wrapped in lattices which can be used as the raw materials of building materials, realizing completely harmless recycling.
工作原理
① Hazardous waste is heated, dried, ignited and pyrolyzed into inflammable gas under anoxic condition. The macromolecular organic matters are first pyrolyzed or vaporized into small molecular organic matters to reduce the precursors of dioxin, which can reduce the emission of dioxin from the source. Part of the inflammable gas is introduced into the secondary combustion chamber to save fuel; ② The inflammable gas is forced to be mixed with air and ignited in the secondary combustion chamber, and oxidized at high temperature under sufficient air supply. The high temperature pyrolysis and incineration can completely decompose toxic and harmful substances; ③ Multifunctional hock cooling devices are provided in the off-gas ultra-clean emission system to avoid the resynthesis of dioxin. And dust collection and deacidification devices are provided to make sure of the ultra-clean emission of the off-gas; ④ The ash slag is melted and tempered in the high temperature melting furnace, and the heavy metals are formed into stable minerals with SiO42-mesh lattices to prepare building materials for comprehensive utilization.
