Hazardous Waste Stabilizer
China ENFI hazardous waste stabilizer is used for the treatment of waste residue containing heavy metals. The stabilizer integrates adsorption, inclusion, chelation, crystallization, mineralization and coordination, and has been successfully applied in the field of non-ferrous metals smelting waste residue treatment and heavy metal containing waste residue stabilization landfill, which can meet the landfill admission standard of GB 18598-2019.

  • 适用领域:1) Add the stabilizer in the form of powder directly into the waste residue in a certain proportion (10~60% waste residue quality, as appropriate) ; 2) Spray the water in a certain proportion (the water addition depends on the water content of the waste residue, and the water content of the waste residue is about 50% ~ 80% after the water addition); 3) Mix evenly and cure for 48h, then the stabilization reaction is completed.

工作原理
The active components in the stabilizers, through the molecular structure assembly and design, have special chelating properties. With the unique formulation and according to the principle that inorganic compound can react with heavy metals to form compounds with extremely low ionic concentrations, the stabilizer is made integrating adsorption, inclusion, chelation, crystallization, mineralization and coordination.

Hazardous waste category and scale of Hazardous Waste Recycling and Treatment Project in Jinchang City are as follows: (1) 300t/a neutralized arsenic residue (51.90% water content) produced by White Dust Comprehensive Utilization Project; (2) 900t/a arsenic-containing waste residue (48.90% moisture content) produced by copper salt plant of Copper Electrowinning Project; (3) 8500t/a solid waste (45% water content) produced by Acidic Wastewater System Upgrading and Modification Project; (4) 2400t/a waste residue (46.50% water content) produced by Comprehensive Utilization Project of Shenwu Environmental Technology Co., Ltd; (5) Other solid waste generated by enterprises in Jinchang region is about 1946.63 t/a (physical quantity) (Zn, Cd and As in the arsenic-containing hazardous waste treated by Jinchuan Hazardous Waste Project exceed the limits and do not meet the entry requirements of hazardous waste landfill, so the waste needs to be stabilized/solidified before it enters the hazardous waste landfill.)
